No Till Drills
The District has available no-till drill seeder for lease. They are available for planting grasses, legumes, small grains & summer annuals. The rental rate is $9 an acre with $50 minimum. Sod seeding can minimize soil loss during establishment. It can also conserve time, labor, fuel & soil moisture. The Patrick Soil and Water Conservation District Board of Directors and Staff recently recognized Billy and Lee Ann Collins along with Dennis Cockerham with Collins Tractor Company for all their devoted and dedicated service with assistance with the District's no-till drill seeder. The Board and Staff presented Mr. and Mrs. Collins with a plaque of appreciation and expressed gratitude for all their help throughout the years. Collins Tractor has provided exceptional service with the District's no-till drill program for over the last 30 years. (OCT 2020)
